The hotel's location was marvellous to a mall. Quick bites Mcdonald's was located 15 minutes walk away.

Marvellous setting, outstandingly accommodating staff.
Free parking opposite hotel provided. Not to mention good wifi! Location really close to Market, and business area.

The staff were very amiable from arrival to departure. The setting was good, near to SM Aura, Market2x and BGC, and SM Aura Premier. Local fast food option Domino's Pizza was 5 minutes walk away.

I enjoyed staying in this property and its particularly good and comfortable location.
The hotel was an excellant home base for enjoying a commercial area, not far from pop shops. The bedroom was cool and exceptionally comfortable.

I loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The beautiful decorations and comfortable seating areas made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was for me. The hallways and elevators were well-lit and wide enough for me to navigate easily with my walker.
I would have appreciated if the children working there could provide a coffee or tea service. It would have been a lovely touch to be able to relax in the hotel's cozy ambiance with a warm beverage.

I always come back to this hotel. Great staff, helped me find my lost bracelet during my first stay. Has everything I need - reliable Wi-Fi, on-site parking, 24/7 reception/security, flat-screen TV, lift. See you for Christmas!
